Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products purchased from GGR Tech Sdn. Bhd.

Purpose: This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products purchased from GGR Tech Sdn. Bhd. (“GGR Tech”), including new and used motorcycles and spare parts.

Cooling Period: For applicable products, you may initiate a return request within five (5) days from the delivery date (excluding the delivery day), hereinafter referred to as the “Cooling Period.”

New Motorcycles:

  • Returns for new motorcycles are accepted only if the delivered motorcycle does not conform to the specifications or conditions stated in the Purchase Agreement.
  • A return request must be submitted within the Cooling Period.

Used Motorcycles:

  • For used motorcycles labeled as “GGR Tech Certified,” returns may be requested within the Cooling Period if the motorcycle’s condition deviates from that detailed in the Delivery Order.
  • The motorcycle’s mileage must not exceed 300 kilometres from the delivery date.

Spare Parts:

  • Returns for spare parts are accepted only for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Requests for spare part returns must be submitted within seven (7) days from the delivery date.
  • Spare parts must be unused and in their original packaging with all accompanying documentation.

General Condition:

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as stated in the Delivery Order.
  • Any modifications, alterations, or damages beyond normal inspection shall render the product ineligible for return.

Inspection and Rectification:

  • Upon receiving a return request, GGR Tech reserves the right to inspect the product.
  • If discrepancies (“Discrepancies”) are found between the delivered condition and the current condition, you may:
    • Rectify the Discrepancies within five (5) days of notification, or
    • Authorize GGR Tech to perform the necessary repairs, with the cost (“Rectification Cost”) deducted from the refund amount.

Possession and Outstanding Fees:

  • The customer must maintain full possession and control of the product during the Cooling Period.
  • Any outstanding fees, such as parking fines, traffic penalties, or other similar charges incurred during the possession period must be settled before returning the product.

Initiating a Return:

  • To begin the return process, please complete the Return Request Form available on our website or contact our Customer Service for guidance.

Documentation and Accessories:

  • Ensure that all relevant documents, accessories, and original packaging are included when returning the product.

Approval and Refund Timeline:

  • Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within seven (7) working days.
  • For financed or trade-in transactions, applicable adjustments will be made in accordance with the agreed terms.

Refund Calculation:

  • The refund amount will be based on the original purchase price, subject to deductions for any applicable costs.

Possible Deductions Include:

  • Differential charges (e.g., motor takaful contribution or road tax fees).
  • Financing or settlement interest charges (if applicable).
  • Outstanding penalties or fines incurred during the possession period.
  • Trade-in value adjustments where applicable.
  • Rectification Cost, if GGR Tech is authorized to repair any discrepancies.

Products that have been modified, altered, or used beyond the normal inspection limits are not eligible for return.

Custom or special order items are non-returnable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by GGR Tech.

Discretion: GGR Tech reserves the right to approve or reject any return requests at its sole discretion.

Governing Law: This Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved in accordance with Malaysian law.

Amendments: GGR Tech may update this Return Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
